A single sized quilt in the style of an eiderdown. As wool batting has a lot of loft compared to cotton batting, it makes for a lovely alternative to feathers. I’ve used large panels of a medium weight linen and dyed it with cutch to get an apricoty, peachy pink with orange tones. The linen is very soft and the quilt has a weight to it that will keep you cosy on cool nights.
The batting is 100% organic wool, making for a lovely, squishy weight and feel.
Top, bottom and binding is 100% linen, sewn with cotton thread.
Measures approx. 195 × 148cm, which is perfect for a single bed, on the sofa or the end of a double.
Hand wash when needed with a gentle eco laundry liquid and dry flat.
